Return & Refund Policy
At BRO EV Rajahmundry, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide genuine and high-quality EV and petrol vehicle products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and invoice.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used or installed.
- Electrical items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
- Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
- Items damaged due to customer negligence.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality team.
If approved:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement instead of refund in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Manufacturing defect.
- Missing parts in the package.
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If the cancelled order has already been paid for, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number.
- Send clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved:
- Quality inspection: 2–3 business days
- Refund initiation: 2–3 business days
- Bank processing: 3–7 business days
The total refund process may take 5–10 business days.
9. Warranty Claims
Products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty should be claimed according to the respective brand’s warranty terms and conditions. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper installation.
